RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in a ready-to-sale condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All purchased garments must be put back inside the garment bag(s) or folded into the small plastic bags they arrived in. If your return is shipped or brought to a store after the timeframe indicated above, is soiled, or is missing items, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from cliptncycling.com. If you purchased CLIPT'N Cycling products from a CLIPT'N Cycling retail partner, please coordinate your return or exchange with them.

If you are uncertain about your purchase on receipt of your product, please keep your item in the original packaging until you decide whether to keep it.

All returns for refund or exchange should be unwashed and unworn and have the original tags attached.

Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Alternatively, a credit can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will only show on the order history of the original purchaser.

All gift cards are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us directly through the contact us form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
