Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You’ll be charged for your order when it is placed.

How will I know my order has been placed?

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please contact us. Be sure to include your order number in the message.

Shipping & Returns

How will my product(s) be shipped?

Shipping will be in the form of the U.S postal service, UPS, FedEx, and or DHL.  Shipping of all orders will occur within five (5) business days of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally, deliveries will be made via DHL

What is your return policy?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your CLIPT'N products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in a ready-to-sale condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. See our Returns page for information on how to process your return.

What is the warranty on CLIPT'N Products?

CLIPT'N products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 21 days from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only on items purchased through cliptn.com. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. Our warranty does not cover any defects due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

How do I wash my CLIPT'N gear?

We recommend washing with warm water using a fragrance-free soap. Do not use any fabric softeners. It’s good practice to wash clothing inside out or place the clothing in a garment wash bag. Never wash with Velcro, open zippers and or with race pins still on the clothing.
