Buying CLIPT'N products is easy and convenient. Orders can be placed online for delivery to all states in the lower United States. Orders are processed in U.S. dollars only.  Taxes will be charged on the item purchased and the destination of the shipment.


Shipping will be in the form of the U.S. postal service, UPS, FedEx, and or DHL.  Shipping of all orders will occur within two (2) business days before your initial order. You and CLIPT'N agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Service is personal to you and CLIPT'N. Any dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action, or any other type of representative proceeding.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments made on the CLIPT' website are encrypted using secure technology, and your card details are not retained or visible to CLIPT'N employees.

Payment Types

Only valid payment methods acceptable to us may be used to complete a purchase via the Services. CLIPT'N accepts the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express Gift vouchers, and e-vouchers.

Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers

If you are using a Promotional Code, please enter it in the 'REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER OR ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE' box on the checkout page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are single-use and may not be used in separate orders or applied to various products in an exchange case. Errors and Omissions

CLIPT'N reserves the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched in the case of errors or omissions on the website.

CLIPT'N reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the order's total cost.

Out of Stock Products and Pre-Orders

It is impossible to place an order for an out-of-stock product or pre-order new lines. However, you can express interest in an item that is unavailable using the inform me button on the product page. You will receive an email when the item becomes available in your chosen size and color.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

Refusal and Cancellation of Orders

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in a ready to sale condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All purchased garments must be put back inside the garment bag(s) or folded into the small plastic bags they arrived in. If your return is shipped after the timeframe indicated above, is soiled, or is missing items, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from  If you purchased CLIPTN products from a CLIPT'N retail partner, please coordinate your return or exchange with such a partner.

If you are uncertain about your purchase on receipt of your product, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.

All returns for refund or exchange should be unwashed and unworn and have the original tags attached.

Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Alternatively, a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will only show on the order history of the original purchaser.

All gift cards are non-refundable.


CLIPT'N is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of its products. From time to time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, don't hesitate to contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.


New, unused garments can be returned at any time for a full refund to your original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue your refund through store credit. Regretfully used garments cannot be returned.

New, unused garments must be returned in the condition you received them and with the original box or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

Please take the time to package your returns carefully. It is the customer's responsibility to pay costs related to repairing returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

If you feel your garment is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to a defect in its materials or workmanship, contact us directly through the contact us form.

Once your order is complete, you will be requested to provide personal and payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will perform a fraud credit check via our payment provider. Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your cart on the site will not be reserved for you and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store simultaneously.

CLIPT'N will run discounted pricing on specific items as part of a sale or promotion from time to time. Subject to the sentence below, CLIPT'N is happy to compensate the difference in price between the amount paid and the discounted price in the form of a voucher if the item was purchased at full price within seven days of the commencement of the specific discount.

Please note that we are not able to offer any refund or Voucher if the exact item (including color/size) is not in stock at the specified delivery address warehouse, as seen on at the time of the request, or if the item was originally purchased at a discounted sale price, or if we have already provided a price match on the order.


Payments for all orders are taken on the dispatch of goods and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.

Our mission is to visit each supplier's facility to ensure compliance with CLIPT’N's standards and associated laws and regulations. This allows us to assess first-hand the conditions of the facility regularly. Our staff is acutely aware of the measures we deem acceptable, and their feedback following a visit contributes to the ongoing assessment of our suppliers. There have been no instances of exiting a factory due to poor working conditions.


This report details the actions undertaken by CLIPT'N during the Coronavirus outbreak of 2020.

At the forefront of our approach was an endeavor to make no cancellations to orders already in production and minimize cancellations. We asked for approval on all date changes and, where necessary, paid our suppliers upfront to cover materials costs and make early payments for stock wherever possible.

Changes to orders were necessary due to the changing sales environment. We worked closely with our vendors to conduct training sessions on responsible purchasing practices amid the Covid-19 outbreak with our supply chain and merchandising (order planning) teams. We opened a dialogue with all suppliers, asking for their feedback on how changes to our orders impacted them, including cash flow, workers' wages, and grievance systems, and tailored our approach to ensure each supplier felt the process was fair. It is essential to CLIPT'N that we maintain a spirit of equal partnership with our suppliers and always encourage open and honest communication; we strongly believe this facilitates mutually beneficial cooperation.
