Shipping

CLIPT'N ships orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and carrier availability.

Unless otherwise noted (such as for pre-order items), in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days after your order is placed. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

Pre-Order Items

Products designated as Pre-Order will ship on or around the Estimated Ship Date displayed on the product page. While we strive to meet the published ship date, production schedules and shipping timelines may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately or together depending on inventory availability and the shipping method selected. If separate shipments are required, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Estimated processing and delivery dates displayed during checkout are provided for convenience only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

You agree to pay the shipping and handling charges displayed at checkout. CLIPT'N reserves the right to modify shipping rates from time to time; however, applicable shipping and handling charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase. Import duties and taxes for international orders are separate, as explained below.

Unless otherwise stated in our Terms of Service, the risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you once the shipment has been accepted by the designated shipping carrier.

U.S. Delivery Options

• CLIPT'N ships throughout the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Expedited shipping options, including Overnight and 2-Day Air, are available at checkout for eligible products and destinations.
• All U.S. orders ship directly from our warehouse, where returns and exchanges are also processed.
• Applicable state and local sales taxes may be collected during checkout as required by law.
• Delivery estimates displayed during checkout are provided by the selected shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations may require additional transit time.

International Orders: Duties, Taxes and Returns

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. These charges are not collected by CLIPT’N at checkout and are paid separately to the carrier before delivery. They are additional to the shipping charges paid at checkout.

Customers are responsible for international return postage, except where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions before sending an item back.
