REFUND POLICY

We offer a 21-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and get a refund or exchange it for another item.

For your item to qualify for a return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that it should be unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you need to log in to your account via our accounts page. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we only accept returns of items that have been requested first. If you send an item back to us without a prior return request, it will not be accepted. To ensure a smoother return process, kindly request a return before sending the item back to us.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
